Loading.....
Easton has really gotten into playing games on the computer. He loves nickjr.com. When he clicks on a game it takes a few minutes and says, "loading." So this morning on the way to school, Easton and Isabelle were having a nice little conversation. I put the mirror down so I could watch them because they were so into this conversation, it was cute! Easton told Isabelle,"I have to tell you a secret. It's very important!" Isabelle says,"What?!?!" After sitting there a few seconds and not saying anything(and Isabelle anxiously waiting) Easton says,"Loading..." I couldn't help but bust out laughing. That boy says the funniest things.

Easton & Emarie
So far the older kids LOVE her!!! They are constantly giving her kisses and wanting to hold her. Easton fed her the other day and looked like a natural. So far Emarie is a very easy going baby. She eats and sleeps and pretty much cries when she's hungry or gettting her diaper changed. Life with 3 kids(sometimes 4) is definitely a HUGE change!! It's a bit overwhelming...hopefully with time it will get easier.Thursday, September 3, 2009
Not Forgotten
I have not been on here for a very long time and I hate it so much because there is so much to share these days. Conversations with the kids are so priceless, I wish I could remember all of them. I had one with Easton this morning though that I thought was so cute and wanted to share. School is back in, has been for 3 weeks now. Easton and Isabelle both complain about going but at the end of the day they are so perky and seem to be enjoying it. Isabelle seems to be the teachers favorite(or so I like to think). Her teacher,Mrs. Susan, says that Isabelle is her conversation and she just cracks her up. She said they were going to do art the other day and Isabelle said,"This is going to be so exciting." Easton won't ever tell me ANYTHING about school.Sometimes I can get what he had for snack and he told me once that he can't sit by Jacob in the cafeteria because they fight. Other than that, I ask him what he did at school and the answer is always the same,"Nothing." Well this morning, he woke up bright and early. He came running in my room at 6am(yes,we are finally in our own bed!!!) and had to go poo-poo. He sat on that toilet and was so talkative. I figured this may be my opportunity to get some info out of him. So I start asking about school and wasn't getting a whole lot. So I asked,"What is your favorite thing about school?" He says(with a big smile),"Getting to choose which 'center' to go to." So I asked, "So what's your favorite center?" He says,"Family living(which I thought was so funny because it sounded so grown up)." I said,"Well, what do you do at that center?" He thinks for a minute.....then says,"Mommy, it's just so much to tell you. I wish you could just come with me so I could show you everything." It was too cute!!! Now I know why he always says,"nothing." There's just so much he probably doesn't know where to start.
