Easton cracks me up...whenever he wants to tell me something or show me something he says,"I gotta tell/show you nothing." I've tried to correct him but he won't change.
Today, Isabelle came up to me and said she wanted a popsicle. I asked her why I should give her one and she said,"umm, maybe cuz I such a good girl." She LOVES popsicles!!! She wakes up EVERY morning and I kid you not the first words out of her mouth are,"Mommy, I want a popsicle and breakfast."
Easton and Isabelle are like little fish. Since school got out(May 22) I think we have been at the pool pretty much every day. Easton took a few lessons and is swimming great. Isabelle on the other hand, thinks she can. She will just jump in whether you are looking or not. She kicks and twists like crazy til you get her.
Isabelle is starting to teetee in the potty. I bought her some Dora pullups and told her that Dora does not want to be peed on. So she will tell me all the time,"momma, I teetee on Dora." I asked her today when she was gonna start going in the potty and without missing a beat she said,"On my birthday."
We found out a couple weeks ago that Easton got into Pre-K 4. He is very excited about going to school with Braden and riding the bus. The other day we were talking about it and he said,"But mommy, I won't know what to do there."

Wee-Ball 2009
I'm not gonna lie and say wee-ball was a fun experience, it was pretty stressfull!! Thank goodness for the snowcones because we had to bribe him every game to finish the game. Hitting was not usually a problem but being out on the field was definitely not a hit.
I told him to show me his game face...

Half way through the year we had a game and only 7 kids showed up, so Coach Scott decided to let Isabelle bat. I hate that I didn't have my video camera because it was hilarious!! She went up left handed, swung and missed, then hit the ball backwards toward the backstop. Before Scott knew it, she had taken off to 1st base, so he just let her go. She ran the bases like she had been doing it all along!! The next game she did the exact same thing but by the next game, she finally figured it out.

Yes we went out in public like this...Isabelle insisted on wearing Easton's old spiderman shoes and I told Easton to go get his shoes. This is what he came out with, then he said,"Now I need my Woody hat!"
