Early Halloween Fun

The week before Halloween we took the kids to the library where they had a little carnival for the kids. It was pretty cheezy but its always fun to dress up the kids.

A-toody

Isabelle is little miss attitude these days. When she doesn't get her way she throws herself on the floor and throws a fit. Well I told her awhile back she was my little attitude. So now when you ask her what mommy calls her she says, with a little smirk on her face, "A-toody." She's the boss these days too. She goes around telling everyone what to do. The other day Easton went potty on the floor. She kept coming over and saying, "Mommy, Easton peepee on floor. Easton go peepee in potty." Then she would go over to Easton and say, "No no Easton!!!" Of course this did not go over too well with him. She is so funny!!!

Photo Shoot

I got our pictures back tonight...I wasn't too thrilled with the family pics, since that was really what I was wanting but there were a bunch of really cute ones of the kids. I don't know when Easton came up with this cheesy smile.
Awww... Brotherly Love

Gotta Love it!!!

I LOVE it!!!

This is one of my favorites...I love the look on Scott's face.

"Punkin Man"

Tuesday night we carved our "punkin man" as Isabelle calls every pumpkin she sees. It was so funny because Isabelle Was fine with the pumpkin until we took the top off and she saw what is inside. It totally freaked her out!!! She wouldn't go near it. Even last night when we got home, as soon as we pulled up to the house she said, "punkin man scare me." Easton and Braden enjoyed it though. They wouldn't use their hands to get the stuff out but they helped with spoons. Braden even helped carve a little bit.
Isabelle's NOT thrilled by the whole thingOur finished Pumkin

Pumpkin Patch

Monday afternoon we went and took some family pictures. We started at Black Bayou then went to the pumpkin patch. We got a guy that Scott knows to take them so we haven't gotten them back yet but here are a few that I took at the pumpkin patch.
Isabelle loves to hugs. Everynight I say"give me a kiss," and she does then she says "hug mommy, I want hug." So Sweet!!!!!
I took about 10 pics of the five of them...its impossible to get them all looking at the camera, not to mention smiling.
Isabelle's "Wibia"
Love this pic of Braden. He was loving having his pic taken. The wagons were a huge hit. Thats all they wanted to do, load the pumpkins and carry them around.
How tall this Fall? I don't know whats up with the face. =)

Over the Hill

Happy Birthday Scott!!! He's been dreading the day he turns 40 but it's here and there's no turning back now. Worst part is he has to spend it away from the family!! These pics were taken Sunday when we celebrated at his mom's. Don't know why a couple of them are blurry but wanted to put them on there anyway. In case you can't read the hat, it says, "Old Fart."

Isabelle's first time on the 4-wheeler and she was loving it. When the boys weren't on it she managed to get on(imagine that) and she would "accidentally" push the pedal. It was pretty funny because she thought she was hot stuff.

Blocked Out

I have to share this story because just sitting here thinking about it makes me laugh. Tonight me and the kids got home from AWANA about 7:30. It was really dark so I was having trouble opening the front door. I had a bunch of stuff in my hands and I was trying to hurry. Well something caught my eye and I realized there was a baby frog on the door. This is nothing new, we get frogs on our front and back door all the time. One morning I was leaving for work and didn't see the frog and when I opened the door it jumped in the house. I had to go get Scott out of bed to get it. So tonight when I saw the frog I just knew when I opened the door it would jump in the house and Scott wouldn't be there to get it. I plugged in our Halloween lights we have hanging around the door and backed the kids up. I was taking stuff out of their bag and throwing it at the frog trying to get it to move but I kept missing. Scott had just given me his garage door opener and since I had driven his truck I couldn't get in the garage. So finally I picked up both the kids, carried them around the house in the pitch black and went in the back door. I went and opened the garage so I could go get the rest of our stuff. All that for a frog that was no longer than an inch long. Stupid frog!!!!!

Take Me Out The Ballgame

Last week the kids wore their Cubbies shirts on Wednesday, then Thursday Isabelle Wore her Angel jersey and Easton had his Dodger shirt. We were out at the ballfield watching my girls play and I was able to capture a few pics!!!
Of course I couldn't get them to both look at camera

Easton is his "ready" position

There is a teeball league in Monroe called wee-ball. We have been talking to Easton about playing and he is fired up!!! When you ask him if he wants to play soccer, he says,"No, I gonna play weeball."

Go Cubbies!!!

I am embarrassed to post this after how bad the Cubbies played last night but the picture is still cute. I had put out Easton's Dodger shirt and Isabelle's Cubbies shirt for school Wednesday. Well apparently Easton threw a fit and had to wear his Cubbies shirt too. So yesterday Easton wore his Dodger shirt and Isabeele had on her Angels jersey that was actually Eastons. I will get those up soon!!!

God Made Dat

When we were in CA over the summer Easton had just hit the world of "why's." Everything you said to him you got the response, "why?" So my mom started answering him by saying, "That's how God made it." So ever since then if you ask Easton a question, like, "why are so so cute?" Or "Why are you so smart?" He would reply, "Cuz God made me." Well Isabelle has caught on too...if you ask her, "Isabelle, How did you get so smart?" She says in a real soft voice, "God made dat."
